» ANSWERS
» General:
1.  Can I buy a vehicle(s) as a private buyer?
Yes, you can. We welcome both professional and private buyers. However, as we may not be familiar with the laws and regulations in your country, we are unable to offer advice on importing to your country or to take any responsibility for legal problems incurred as a result of privately importing vehicles. Depending on the country, it may not be possible to import some vehicle models. We suggest that you check the registration laws in your country before placing the order.
2.  Can I buy vehicles which are not listed on your stock list?
Yes, you can. Please send us the details of vehicle(s) you are looking for and your shipping information through the inquiry / order form on the Inquiry page or e-mail / fax.
3.  Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
No, we don't, but instead we disclose details such as any interior/exterior damage and the mileage (the distance the vehicle has been driven) for each vehicle. We have a vehicle grading system (known as the Inspection Grade) according to which all vehicles are evaluated by our inspectors after general maintenance has been carried out. This provides the buyer with all the information necessary on the vehicle(s) for purchase.
4.  How do I know I can trust you?
We are officially licensed as a dealer in secondhand goods such as used vehicles, machinery and electrical products by the Ibaraki Police Department. We are also member of JUMVEA(Japan Used Motor Vehicle Exporters Association), the biggest online network of auto dealers in Japan. If you would like to see references, these organizations would be happy to provide them on request. By way of identification, we can also send you copies of our dealer license and the representative's passport if necessary.
5.  What will you do, if vehicle that want to purchase after pay deposit?
In this case, we will accept pay back deposit and will search other vehicle with high priority.
